ANJELICA HARDIN HALL, PRINCIPAL

Anjelica leads the HM team in operations, client and project management. She is a charismatic strategy and programs executive with over 17 years of experience managing community and systems change initiatives. Anjelica is a dynamic leader of teams, and a triple threat in her ability to develop strategy, build programmatic initiatives, and lead diverse project teams to ambitious outcomes. She is passionate about leadership development, community engagement, and human-centered design, and has supported this work at organizations including TNTP, Teach for America, KIPP Public Schools and the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Anjelica has been entrusted to lead design thinking-focused initiatives funded by the W. K. Kellogg Foundation, Walton Family Foundation, New Schools Venture Fund, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and the Junior League.


LETITA AARON, COMMUNICATIONS

Letita leads the HM team in strategic communications and user experiences. Drawing on over 10 years of experience managing complex communications strategies for organizations like TNTP, the Tennessee Achievement School District, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Letita brings proven strategies around leveraging communications to create positive engagement with stakeholders, build buy-in, and enact change. Letita is passionate about innovation, and utilizes future-facing tools and strategies to put HM clients ahead of the curve. She is a proud alumna of Xavier University of Louisiana.


DEIDRA BROOKS, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Deidra leads the HM team with stakeholder engagement and logistics, at the intersection of creative ideation and project execution. Deidra is a social worker with a passion for developing impact-driven programs that support communities. She has over a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams, providing support to executive teams, overseeing operations, and developing and evaluating initiatives funded through local and national philanthropy. Deidra’s expertise lies at the intersection of creative ideation, project execution, and community empowerment. She is a proud graduate of Christian Brothers University and a Masters in Social Work from Columbia University.


KATIE JONES, DATA & CURRICULUM

Katie leads the HM team in data analysis and curriculum development. After teaching in high-need schools and leading turnaround efforts as a principal over the last decade, Katie adds a wealth of knowledge to the HM team around curriculum development and data-informed interventions, aimed at providing transformational supports for students. Katie has developed curriculum and coached and trained leaders for numerous organizations, including Curriculum Associates and BetterLesson. Katie believes that effective curriculum and programming, paired strong accountability and monitoring have the power to transform students, families, and communities. Katie served most recently as Director of Teacher and Leadership Programs for the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
